It is situated near the famous Malampuzha Dam and is maintained by the District Tourism Promotion Council of Palakkad District in Kerala. The artifacts are made out of waste materials like plastic bottles, cans, granites, stones, electricity fuse carriers etc. The garden is a master work of sculptor Padmasree Neck Chand Saini. His rock garden in Chandigarh is world famous and attracts thousands of tourists every year.

The art and cultural forms of Kerala find a prominent place in the settings. Scenes recreated from Kathakali, Theyyam, Kalaripayattu, Thiruvathirakali, the Mahabali legend, a royal procession of kings in a palanquin, and a scene of a boat race are the main attractions.
It is located 800 metres south of Malampuzha Dam. The timings are from 10:00 Am to 6:00 Pm. The entry fees is Rs.10 per adult and Rs. 3 per child (below 12Years). For still camera photography, they charge Rs.20 while Rs. 50 is charged for Video Cameras.

The nearest Railway Station is Palakkad which is about 9 Kms from the garden. Nearest Airports are Coimbatore International Airport which is about 67 Kms and Calicut international Airport which is about 106 Kms.

Even though the Garden is adorable and reflects the culture of Kerala, it is not well – maintained and is still facing a lot of criticisms from the Government officials. A humble request to the authorities in charge is to maintain and protect the garden which will educate and inform the upcoming generation in the near future if it exists.
