St Andrew’s Basilica or St Andrew’s Forane church is located in Arthunkal, which is a coastal town and a major pilgrimage centre which is located in Cherthala in Alappuzha District of the state of Kerala. Being respectful - Part 2

Things began changing for both Jon and James. As you could imagine, Jon hated James since childhood and used to snatch various opportunities James used to get. However, Jon's company began to feel the pressure as they found out that various employees began to quit the job due to the rigorous management of the company.  Jon wanted the employees to work overtime and had plans to extend the working hours for the day. He had also made it clear that there won't be any hike in salary or extra pay for overtime. This infuriated the workforce and people began quitting the job.  Jon continued barking down the orders on his workforce and demanded respect for each of his actions. People around him were fed up with his demands. One of the workers walked into Jon's office and told him how rude, arrogant and entitled he sounded.
